Tito Jackson, a celebrated member of the Jackson 5 and older brother to the late pop icon Michael Jackson, has passed away at the age of 70. His family shared the news with deep sorrow.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Tito’s sons Taj, Taryll, and TJ Jackson expressed their grief and paid tribute to their father. "It’s with heavy hearts that we announce that our beloved father, Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Tito Jackson, is no longer with us. We are shocked, saddened, and heartbroken," they wrote.

They described their father as an "incredible man" who was deeply concerned about the well-being of others. "Some of you may know him as Tito Jackson from the legendary Jackson 5, others as ‘Coach Tito’ or ‘Poppa T’. Regardless of how you knew him, he will be missed tremendously. It will forever be 'Tito Time' for us. Please remember to do what our father always preached: ‘Love One Another.’ We love you, Pops."

Tito Jackson was a key member of The Jackson 5 alongside his brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon, and Michael. The group gained fame in the early 1970s with hits such as "I Want You Back" and "ABC." Tito is also remembered as the brother of singers Janet and La Toya Jackson.
